Columbus Auto Body Works is a local and family-owned business that's been providing top-notch automotive repairs and services with the highest level of customer satisfaction to the greater New Haven area for over 90 years.

Columbus Auto Body Works was founded in 1928 by Vincenzo DiLauro, an Italian immigrant who settled in the Columbus Avenue neighborhood of New Haven. By combining his exceptional mechanic skills and the opportunities he saw in the booming automobile industry, he started his very own auto repair shop.

Located at the same place since 1928, Columbus Auto Body Works is now owned and operated by the third and fourth generations of the DiLauro family.
